CARLENE FORBES

Carlene is a qualified personal trainer specialising in weight management, toning & assisting you to keep fit & healthy. Helping you to achieve your goal in a fun & challenging environment through various activities such as boxing, circuits, running & time trials to name but a few.

Carlene has been training for 10 years achieving personal bests in 5km, 10km & half marathons. 

Having enjoyed sports from childhood and taking a keen interest in sprinting, Carlene also volunteers at Tooting Bec athletics track training young people from the age of 11.  

She also has qualifications as a Boxercise and Spin instructor.

MATT BURTON

Matt BurtonMatt has an exceptional background in health, fitness and training. Recently graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from Europe's top sporting institute; Loughborough University. Whilst studying for his degree, he trained full time for his other passion, Athletics, and gained international honours for both Long and Triple Jump. He has been identified as a 2012 hopeful and is currently on track to qualify for this year's Commonwealth Games in Delhi.

Matt has worked with a vast range of clients; from individuals looking to lose weight for a special occasion, to elite student rugby players with an aim to improve speed. He specialises in Weight Loss & Nutrition plans, Sport Specific Preparation for races/competitions and Industrial Strength & Muscle Mass Improvements. He uses a combination of training methods including boxing pads, medicine balls, kettle bells and interval training. His workouts are exciting and diverse and draw upon all aspects of his knowledge base including: nutrition for exercise and the psychological/motivational elements of exercise. Matt places huge emphasis on individual needs and therefore applies his knowledge accordingly to ensure that every client achieves their own personal goals.
